气相脱硫活性炭简介：
气相脱硫活性炭采用优质特殊炭原料，加一定量的粘合剂、催化剂、经精选、配比、粉碎、挤压成型、干燥、炭化、高温活化、介质活化而成。气相脱硫活性炭孔径分布主要以中孔、次微孔为主，主要适用于气相多种硫化物脱除，他具有活性高、硫容量大，脱硫效率高，机械强度好，阻力小，易于再生，高压，高温及水浸作用下不易破碎等特点。
气相脱硫活性炭脱硫原理：
1.脱除气体中h2s：气体中所含少量的h2s和o2在活性炭表面的催化作用下，发生反应所产生的h2被大量的气流带走,产生的单质硫被吸附在活性炭孔隙的表面上，完成了h2s的脱除。
2.脱除气体中有机硫：cos占全部有机硫的95%以上，cos常温下受活性炭表面的催化作用可与气体中的气体中气态水发生水解反应,水解为h2s和co3.h2s和o2发生反应产生h2同co2被气流带走，即完成了h2s的脱除。
气相脱硫活性炭工作条件：
1.空速:300-600h-1 城市煤气应用为≤100h-1；
2.温度:常温-80°c(最佳30-50°c)；
3.硫化物与氧的含量比 ≥1:2以上；
4.压力:常压-8.0mpa；
5.线速:0.06m/s-0.1m/s 城市煤气为0.01-0.05m/s；
6.湿度:相对湿度70-100%(不得有液态和雾状水)。
