英语中的“加薪”一种说法可以说成 pay raise. 还有一种说法可以是叫 salary increase / raise
eg：i firmly feel that i've earned this pay raise.我坚信我值得加薪。
i want to have salary increase,but my boss doesn't think i deserve a pay raise.我想涨工资，但我老板觉得我不需要加。
salary / wage / pay 三者区别
salary：一般指的是月薪
eg：the salary of an engineer in my company is usually more than 20,000rmb per month.
我们公司工程师的工资通常都超过两万人民币每月。
wage：多偏向于小时薪、日薪、周薪这种
eg：the wages of a part-time teacher are about 150 rmb per hour.
兼职老师每小时的工资是150元人民币。
pay：比较广义的薪水的概念（非正式）
eg： in my company，my pay is only 3500rmb per month.
在我们公司，我每月工资只有3500元人民币。
跟老板谈加薪必备例句：
i'd like to talk to you about my salary adjustment.
翻译：我想跟您谈谈有关我薪金调整的问题。
i want to apply for a raise.
翻译：我想要加薪水。
i've been our company for several years,and my work has proven to be good,so i want to apply for a raise.
